What did the Survey identify last year?
Data shared by 1,312 unique organizations representing a total workforce of 17.7 million employees and contingent workers revealed that the industry is in a “calm before the storm” period. Organizations are reassessing their HR technology environments, evaluating intelligent platforms, and determining where those fit into their long-term goals for meeting employee and business needs. Growing demand for realistic adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Platforms, value propositions of integration strategies, and the impact of various cybersecurity strategies on HR technology were identified as emerging trends in the HR Technology conversation.
What’s new this year?
For 2018, we dive into the challenges faced by HR functions, such as increasing application adoption levels, making sense of analytics, and connecting HR Systems to business outcomes. We inquire about resourcing challenges, including the shifting role of HR Technologists who are becoming more data focused and strategic. Also being more thoroughly explored are implementation best practices, security, resourcing, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition applications.
What will participants receive?
